Terms of Service
Service
BenchDocket provides software for documenting physical repair workflows, customer devices, repair tickets, approvals, parts, testing, communication, and pickup records. It is not an accounting platform, retail POS, RMM, PSA, remote-help-desk service, or legal service.
Subscriber responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for authorized use of the service, the information they enter, user access, customer-facing terms, retention decisions, backups, and legal requirements that apply to their business.
Customer acknowledgments and policies
The service can record acknowledgments, signatures, approvals, pickup records, and shop-configured policies. Local requirements may vary, and BenchDocket does not guarantee that any particular record or policy will determine the outcome of a dispute.
Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically according to the billing terms presented at checkout. Billing changes and cancellation options are available through the account billing area.
Availability and changes
BenchDocket may be updated, maintained, or changed over time. Subscribers should maintain appropriate backups and follow reasonable security practices for their accounts.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the service to violate law, access another customer's data, upload malicious content, attack the service, bypass account limits, or interfere with other users.
