BenchDocket may process account information, shop-user information, customer and device records entered by subscribing businesses, repair tickets, attachments, signatures, technical logs, email delivery records, audit data, subscription information, and website contact submissions.

Subscriber responsibility

Repair businesses using BenchDocket decide what customer and device information they enter and are responsible for their own customer notices, permissions, retention decisions, and data-handling practices.

Files and repair evidence

Photos, documents, signatures, and other repair evidence are retained as part of the subscriber's records and are available only through authorized account or customer-portal access.

Billing and communications

Subscription billing may be processed through Stripe. Email may be delivered using configured email service providers. Those providers may process information necessary to provide their services.

Security and retention

BenchDocket uses account access controls, role permissions, secure authentication, protected customer links, and activity records designed to help safeguard stored information. No internet service can promise absolute security.
